Anamchara Support
Anamchara means "soul friendship," and refers to a long tradition of caring companions who come alongside those during times of suffering and at end-of-life. Rooted in Celtic spirituality, and trained in both grief support and as an end-of-life doula, Carly accompanies people during times of loss. Using empathic listening, deep curiosity, loving support and alternative healing tools, Carly offers compassionate care during times of deep sorrow.


End-of-Life Doula
An end-of-life doula offers compassionate guidance for individuals and families as they navigate the tender final stages of life. This may include assistance with legacy projects, creating rituals, coordinating care, or simply being a steady companion during an often overwhelming time. Carly’s role is to hold space, provide resources, and walk beside you with both practical support and gentle presence—so you can focus on what matters most: love, meaning, and connection.

Grief Support
Grief takes many forms, and there is no “right way” to experience it. Carly offers a caring and nonjudgmental space to share your story, honor your relationship with what has been lost, and find pathways toward healing. Sessions may include creative expression, reflective conversation, or practices to help you carry your grief with more gentleness and resilience. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, grief support is a place where you don’t have to walk alone.

Compassionate Presence
Sometimes what we need most is someone to walk beside us with openness and care. Compassionate presence provides exactly that—a steady, heart-centered companion through seasons of transition, uncertainty, or spiritual questioning. Carly offers deep listening, grounding practices, and meaningful dialogue to help you feel supported and seen. Together, you can create space for reflection, connection, and renewal as you navigate whatever life is asking of you right now.
