Pages of the Heart is a monthly drop-in workshop where creativity meets coaching. Using junk journaling, collage, and expressive prompts, we’ll explore a different theme of emotional intelligence each month — from gratitude and joy to anger, fear, and trust. This is a playful, supportive space where you’ll get to know your emotions in a fresh, compassionate way. No art skills required — just bring a blank journal and your curiosity. Supplies like paper, collage, and paint pens are provided.
